I spent my life healing my body from the inside with pure food, but I was poisoning it from the outside with chemical soaps and petroleum creams. The skin eats. I decided never to feed it junk food again.
Our Story
2002: The Forge of Character
My journey started more than 20 years ago in Gatineau. I was 24 years old. Like many young men, I was searching for direction and strength. I found it in the gym.
For over two decades, I lifted heavy iron—not for ego, but to build mental toughness and discipline. The gym became my foundation. Year after year, I learned that consistent hard work was the most powerful tool for self-mastery and mental clarity. Iron didn’t just build my body—it rebuilt my mind.
2018: Mastering the Machine
At 40, when most men start slowing down, I stepped onto the bodybuilding stage. I competed against men half my age and earned a Bronze Medal in the Masters category and 4th place in the Novice division.
I had mastered nutrition with military precision—tracking every gram, every macro, every detail. I proved that age is no limit when discipline and knowledge are applied with full commitment.
Yet despite the medals and the mastery, I felt a dimension was missing. I was a high-performance machine, but was I truly living in harmony with nature?
2021: The Revelation
During the lockdowns, I went even deeper. I dropped the complicated calorie counting and embraced the raw simplicity of the Carnivore Diet. I became my own butcher, breaking down entire beef loins and learning to use every part of the animal.
The results came fast: joint pain disappeared, energy levels skyrocketed, and my body felt stronger than ever.
But the biggest discovery happened on my cutting board — the rich, pure tallow. That powerful ancestral fat that modern industry throws away.
That’s when I started making my first soaps, and soon after, my own deodorants — all for my personal health and skin. As I continued developing the formulas, I researched essential oils extensively because I refused to use cheap synthetic fragrances. That research revealed the extraordinary properties of each oil, which allowed me to create effective blends at safe concentrations. Learning to transform tallow into real skincare allowed me to close the circle: from nutrition to complete body care, using the same natural source for both.
